Today's posting comes from ABC News and profiles 11 year old Jemma Leech.
Jemma, who is from Houston, has Cerebral Palsy which hinders her ability to move and to communicate.
She hit the 'news' when her poetry beat out more than 1600 other children to win a writing contest. After seeing her story, a Swedish company wanted to help out by donating a $15,000 computer. This device allows Jemma to scan the letters instead of having to tap them out with her arm. Previously, her mother had to steady her hand while Jemma used a touch screen to put letters together.
"This gift will no doubt change my life." Jemma told ABC News. "This wondrous machine will enable me to talk to my friends."

A lover of music and writing, Jemma says she plans to win a Grammy, an Oscar and a Nobel Prize in literature.
